CIEH level 3 HACCP for manufacturing. This course will run at The terrace training centre, Conisbrough, on April 22 and 23 (morning only on the 23rd). This qualification course runs for one and a half days, and then candidates will be expected to produce an assignment over the next two weeks, based on a food manufacturing establishment of their choice. | Advanced Food safety training | ||

The next level 4 food safety training course (CIEH accredited) will be on March 15-19 inclusive, at Thorne, South Yorkshire. This course runs over 5 consecutive days, plus a further exam day approximately 5 weeks later (date to be arranged).
