Since 1998 Peter has specialised in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and managing food safety, and also work with ISO quality and environmental management systems.

Training

Peter Clarke operates a registered training centre for CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) training courses in food safety. There are many reasons for choosing CIEH accredited qualifications:

Auditing

Peter Clarke is a QMS2000 auditor, registered with the IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditors). He has vast experience of auditing food safety, quality and environmental management systems for many companies, both food and non-food sector. See the auditing page for more details

Consultancy

Peter Clarke is also a food safety and quality management system consultant. He continues to provide consultancy to the training division of the CIEH, and is a moderator for CIEH courses. Peter has been the principal speaker at a succession of CIEH seminars, introducing new training courses to other companies and Environmental Health professionals. Peter Clarke HACCP for catering training course
This newly launched training course - CIEH level 3 award in HACCP for catering - will be run at the Terrace Training Centre, Conisbrough, near Doncaster, on February 3, 2010. Cost for this course is £150 plus VAT. The course runs on one day, but candidates must then complete a workplace based assignment within 4 weeks of the end of the course.
